N. B. – Produit vendu congelé. Sortir du congélateur la veille et décongeler au réfrigérateur pendant six heures en laissant la bûche dans sa boite. Option rapide : laisser décongeler à la température ambiante pendant deux heures et remettre au réfrigérateur.
